SAW -E系列螺柱焊 接機(栓釘焊機 )，可廣泛應用于現(xiàn)代建筑金屬預埋件中的栓釘焊植、大型車輛、船舶建造過程中的螺釘焊植和其它機械制造過程中的螺釘焊植。該設備是鋼構工程、橋梁工程和

大型車船制造廠家必備的焊接機械。該設備采用國際上先進的IGBT逆變節(jié)能技術，微處理器控制，與傳統(tǒng)該類設備相比，節(jié)電30%以上，大大降低了使用成本，機器重量不到100KG，工地現(xiàn)場移動十分方便。

該設備采用了目前世界上最先進的DSP數(shù)字控制技術，焊接電流和時間的調節(jié)更精確，焊接電流更穩(wěn)定，焊接質量可靠。

在人機對話方面，該設備采用了八寸采用真彩LCD顯示屏，中英文菜單，觸摸屏操作，十分方便。

該設備主要有長、短周期拉弧式焊接電源、手動焊槍組成，并可與機器人 對接，實現(xiàn)螺柱焊接 自動化。

SAW-E series of stud welder can be widely used in structural steel engineering,

machine construction, shipbuilding, civil engineering, power plant and nuclear

power plant construction, apparatus engineering, reinforced pre-fabricated

concrete construction etc. The device is a necessary welding equipment for steel

engineering, bridge construction, large vehicle and ship building.

Two types of this stud welder are available, high frequency and power-frequency.

High frequency inverter stud welder applies advanced IGBT inverter

energy-saving technology, and comparing with power-frequency welder, the

weight less than 100 KG, and the energy used decreased by 30%. Using DSP

control technology, the modulation of welding current and welding time is more

accurate.

Consisting of power supply and welding gun, the welder can dock with robots

to realize fully automatic stud welding.
